Monitoring & Rebooting

Monitoring a VPS can be a hard task. You either need to do the job yourself and devote a lot of your valuable time to keeping an eye on your VPS server, or you have to deploy a 3rd–party tool whose sole job will be to watch over your server. And this is exactly where our Optional Admin Services package will comes in real handy. With it, your VPS server will be included in our custom–developed server managing software system, which will keep track of all the essential services. And in case of any service crash, our server admins will be alerted automatically and they will fix the problem as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

If you manage a traffic–intensive website or a data–intensive web app, it’s compulsory to have a complete backup of everything. Yet, setting up an automated backup system is difficult. That is the reason why our company offers you our Optional Admin Services package – we pledge to maintain a full backup of your VPS hosting plan, not only of your sites and data, but also all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, saving all the configurations that you’ve made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Hosting Plan, you have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. Yet, some scripts are harder to install and may require some extra setup from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services option will come in real handy. It features half an hour of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you’ll be able to literally hire one of our skilled server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software whatsoever that you want. And/or have him fix a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and is an optional feature for our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
